While the government has been shut down for more than 30 days, master barber Emmanuel Onyeali, told NBC News 4, "It makes me feel bad. It's terrible and what it does is makes me look at what are the God-given talents that I can contribute to the situation."
In doing so, Onyeali, (known as "The Shape-Up King") decided to bring his mobile barbershop to National Harbor to offer furloughed federal employees free haircuts. After owning a regular barbershop for more than 10 years, Onyeali, now travels in a LED-lit promotional vehicle to bring hair care services to the people in the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. area.
