Tabitha Brown is set to launch a new preschool learning series with YouTube Originals, 21 Ninety reports.
Brown just keeps giving us feel-good creativity in the world and we can’t get enough of it! The vegan influencer turned bestselling author is now bringing her talents to the children.
Recently, YouTube Originals announced a new series, “Tab Time,” dropping a trailer featuring Brown and a host of celebrities. The new series is for all children but specifically designed for those ages 3-5. Brown explores themes like family, music, helping others, how things grow, and mistakes, bringing the children along for a journey as they deep dive into each truth.
The show also features an array of fun characters including Avi the Avocado (Miles Brown), Lenny the Lightning Bug (Anna Camp), Starla the Spatula (Ashley Nicole Black), Burnie the Oven Mitt (John Michael Higgins), DJ Khrafty (Jermaine Fowler) and Special Adventures voices by Affion Crockett, Carlos Coleman, Nic Few, Zainab Johnson and Lena Waithe.
“‘Tab Time’ is part of my purpose. Over the last few years, I feel I have been called to heal the world and healing the world starts with children. If we can create better children, then we can create better adults. Teaching children to grow together and love each other with kindness will create a better world. We’re at a place right now where the world needs healing, it needs light and children are that light. It’s been said a million times, but children are the future, and healing change begins with them,” said Brown.
In addition to lots of lessons for the kiddies, the series also features a number of celebrity guests who join Brown for each of the lessons, including Jordana Brewster, Karamo Brown, Percy Daggs, Cynthia Erivo, Cheryl Hines, Lil Rel Howard, Manny Jacinto, Shantira Jackson, Yvonne Orji, Dewayne Perkins and Michael Steger.
Nadine Zylstra, Head of Family, Learning, and Impact for YouTube Originals spoke about the uniqueness of the show and the magic that is Tabitha Brown.
“Everyone could use a bit of Ms. Tab’s positive energy in their life, which is exactly why we brought this show to our platform. ‘Tab Time’ is set in an inviting, respectful environment where our young viewers are encouraged to realize their own abilities and potential. But it’s also fun for older kids and parents to watch. There is a magic ingredient in this show that appeals to the whole family, and her name is Tabitha Brown,” said Zylstra.
