You've probably already seen the video of two young girls rapping about higher education making its rounds on social media. Turns out, so has the first African American First Lady of the United States.
On Thursday, Michelle Obama left a comment under the video, which was reposted on Black Girls Rock, one of the four accounts that she follows on Instagram, writing:
"Young Queens – Stay focused. Stay motivated. Never quit. I’m with you, and couldn't be prouder."

With the help of their 6th grade teacher Terrance Sims at Milwaukee Excellence Charter School, students Aryn, Savannah, and their classmates made their first music video, "Excellence First": an educational remix of Tee Grizzley's "First Day Out."

One of the young MC's shouted out Michelle Obama, delivering one of the most stand out lines in the song: "Michelle Obama showed me how to do it, so I'm gonna get it — educated, motivated, melanated, elevated. I got big shoes to fill, so I’ll do it with class."

Kudos to Mr. Sims and his 6th grade class!
